Welcome to JuryStudy Atlanta
Thank you for your interest in participating in a Jury Study session in downtown Atlanta. If selected, you will be asked to give unbiased opinions about real cases going to trial.
Individuals with all types of backgrounds are encouraged to apply. More details about when and where the Jury Study will be held will be emailed to you if you are chosen.
Each session will last from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm and is recorded for private-use only. Free lunch will be served from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. Nothing from the sessions will ever be published or available to the public and will remain confidential.
Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement to protect the interests of the cases you will be hearing. Real cases will be presented to you for your discussion and opinions. After the presentation, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire outlining your thoughts and opinions about some of the issues in the cases. Finally, you will be given $50 in exchange for your time and assistance.
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver license to be eligible for selection. You can only participate in a Jury Study once.
